Why we built this
The first walk into a real ICU room is overwhelming. The machines stand three deep and every one of them is attached to someone you love. Two minutes in this practice room changes that first walk. You recognize the monitor. You know the pole holds medicine. You know the hum of the ventilator is a good sound. Familiar is calmer, and calmer families ask better questions.
